Chocolate chip cookies

Så er der blevet bagt i det nye hjem og duften breder sig dejligt i hele huset...

Her kommer en opskrift med Amerikanske mål, bare så i kan se hvad jeg slås med herovre ;)

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temp.
3/4 cup firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups fresh & easy semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 3750 F, stir together flour, baking soda and salt set aside...
In a large bowl, beat butter with the white and brown sugar until the mixture is creamy and lightened in color - add vanilla and eggs, one at the time until well blended.
Gradually blend the flour mixture into the creamed mixture. Stir in chokolate chips (without eating them all). 
Drop by the tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 9-11 minutes until cookies are golden brown, Makes about 5 dozen...
